Refund policy

All our artworks at Kramer Photography are custom made by us in our in-house printing and framing studio. If you change your mind about something (for example image selection, size or framing options) please get in touch as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, and let you know of any additional charges. We want you to love your Kramer Photography products as much as we love creating them!

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch. Depending whether production has commenced, there may be a fee charged to cover our expenses - this will vary from product to product, and how much work has already been done to fulfil your order. A store credit for the full amount may be offered in good will. 

If for some reason you are not happy, please get in touch with us at kath@kramer.photography and we'll do our best to change your experience.
